About The Company

The Retreat is one of the most luxurious resorts in Lonavala/Khandala on the Pune-Mumbai highway. Practus’ Role

  • Practus was mandated to play the role of an ongoing CFO.​
  • Initial challenges included the absence of authority matrix for approvals on pricing, communication gap between teams and lack of tracking mechanism.​
  • ERP implementation- Identified and corrected the segments and source, and developed a tracking mechanism through IDS ERP.​
  • Sales restructuring – Developed systems and processes for transparency of sales bookings and reduction of revenue leakages.​
